Jean-Pierre Provot

Founder

For more than 15 years, Jean-Pierre held management positions in the IT sector. Then, as an internal Human Resources partner, his responsibilities brought him extensive experience in creating recruitment programs as well as managing key, executive-level recruitment. Finally, as General Manager for 3Com, he had exposure to building interdisciplinary teams throughout Europe and Asia-Pacific.

In 1998, he founded PL Développement (a French recruitment agency), which quickly became a leader in the French IT industry. Specialized in filling top-level executive positions, from 2000 and beyond, he has created a pan-European network of executive level recruiters.

As with all recruiters in the Venturi Executive Search network, Jean-Pierre is perfectly bilingual (French and English).
